Innovis, Better Bench™ Rectangular Adjustable Bench (BB-ADJR)
The Better-Bench® is an easy to install bench-forming system that replaces the complex methods currently in use. This fully independent supporting unit can be mounted to most vertical surfaces quickly and efficiently, saving the tile installer valuable time. What once took days can now be done in about 30 minutes!
This Better-Bench® is constructed of alloyed aluminum and is sent as one piece. It comes complete with hollow wall anchors and all wood screws required. Fastening to studs, blocking, or other framing members is not required. If framing members are encountered, discard the hollow wall anchor and use the provided screw with an appropriate pilot hole.
If you're installing a Better Bench® over existing tile, we strongly suggest also purchasing our Raimondi® 3/8" Porcelain Pro Bit (to drill an anchor hole through tile) and a 3/8" masonry drill bit (available from your local hardware store) for drilling through the thinset and backerboard.
