I sent an email using your Contact Us page and I have not
heard from anyone.

This was an error that has been resolved.
A recent change with our email server required some changes
to be made within the programming on the website.

Added "Live Help" button
Whenever you see the "Live Help is Online" button
there is a Tiletools.com Service Expert on the other side
ready to assist you with your any of your project questions.
When the button indicates that we're offline, you can still
click the button and leave a message.
"Live Help" will be available during our normal
business hours of 7:30am - 5:00pm CDT.

I have re-entered my credit card 3 times and the website
says my credit card is invalid. I'm certain I'm entering in
the correct number.

This was an error that has been resolved.
The programming on the website wasn't always removing "dashes
and spaces" when credit card numbers were being entered.
This resulted in an false "Invalid" response.

I made a purchase online but did not receive an email confirmation
of my order

First check your "Junk" folder in your
email client.
Sometimes automated emails sent out from our server are filtered
in a way that discourages automated emails. This is especially
true if your email is hosted on earthlink or yahoo where our
email would have to be on your pre-approved senders list.
Other email servers require emails from non-preapproved senders
to be re-sent, requiring a re-send helps weed out junk mail
because emails that are re-sent are likely resent by "the
human method".
There has been an occasion our automated email has failed
to send out this confirmation email because of email server
upgrades that have taken place during the past 2 weeks (June
30 - July 12, 2009). There were a couple of times emails didn't
send out immediately, these failed emails were detected and
sent out as "belated" emails.

When I make a purchase online and choose another shipping
method, it always shows up as UPS Ground Shipping when I continue
to checkout.

When I made a purchase and proceeded to the checkout. I entered
in the address fields and clicked to continue. I then received
an error that said a required field was missing, but when
I checked everything, all the required fields were filled
out.

This was an error that has been resolved.
The zip code field wasn't marked on the site as a required
field, but this field was needed to retrieve real-time quotes.
When not filled in this would result in an error on our site.
You are now notified when this field isn't filled in.

Your 800 number is listed, but not an alternate phone number.
I'm having problems calling your 800 number from Alaska and
there is no other phone number listed on your site.
