Does TileTools.com price match?
Yes we offer price matching. If you see a lower price including shipping on another website, contact us and we will try our best to match it. This excludes special promotions or any post purchase rebates.
What Are My Payment Options?
Website: We accept all major domestic credit cards as well as Paypal for online purchases. We also are allowing for Google Pay and Apple Pay. Direct wire transfer when applicable.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?
We offer a flat rate of $12.95 for standard ground shipping on all orders unless noted otherwise. Many of our products are eligible for free shipping through varying promotions.
Expedited shipping rates can be calculated using the shipping estimator located within your shopping cart.
When Will My Order Ship?
We process orders during normal business hours 7:30am to 4:30pm, CT, as soon as they are entered. We have an order cut-off time of Noon CST. To avoid any delays please ensure you have provided the correct contact information to receive correspondence regarding your order. There maybe times that we contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
**Some of our items are shipped factory-direct. These items unfortunately cannot have a guaranteed ship date and we recommend contacting us for lead times prior to placing orders. We will do our best to make sure the order is shipped as soon as possible.
When Will I Get My Order?

What Is Required For A Freight Delivery?
Heavy, large or fragile items ship via tractor trailer or flatbed. Look for the freight image on the product page. Freight shipments must be delivered to a commercially zoned address with forklift or loading dock and accessibility for a tractor trailer. If you are unable to obtain such address, we may be able to provide a pickup at the nearest freight terminal.
What Is Tile Tools Return Policy?
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact us before returning your product. Once given, RMA numbers expire after 10 business days. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defects must be returned in re-sellable condition and will be subject to minimum 15% restocking fee. Items that are used and/or not in sellable condition may be subject to a higher restocking fee. Items returned must also be shipped back at customer’s cost.
Product warranties are covered by manufacturers through a certified service center. Our policy is and has always been to satisfy every customer. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may request a return, within 30 days of receipt. Click Here For Full Return Policy.
My Package Is Missing?
Please verify the ship to address on your sales order. Your tracking information may provide insight as to where it was left or who signed for it. Carriers may have delivered your package to a neighbor so please double check with them to see if they might have received the package in error. Contact us if you are unable to locate the package.
